Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider: DHL Express (Ireland only)

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland.
Orders placed from outside Ireland will not be accepted or fulfilled.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will typically be dispatched the within 2 business days.

3. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are shipped with DHL Express Ireland.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that while DHL offers fast delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high volumes, weather conditions, or remote locations.

4. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: €12.50 per order (standard across Ireland)

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number.
You can track your parcel at www.dhl.ie.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at orders@carbonatedcaffeine.com.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

Arrives damaged,
Is marked as delivered but not received,
Or is delayed beyond 10 business days,

...please contact us within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery. Email us at orders@carbonatedcaffeine.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of any damage.

We’ll work directly with DHL to resolve the issue promptly and either reship or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If your parcel is undeliverable due to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
Failure to receive delivery after DHL’s attempted deliveries,

…the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply to cover additional shipping costs.
