2. Compliance with EU Labelling Regulations

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, and other applicable Irish and EU food safety laws, all product packaging includes mandatory ingredient listings, nutritional declarations, and safety warnings.
As our beverages contain caffeine in quantities exceeding 150 mg/l, each product label prominently displays:

“High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.”

Caffeine content is clearly stated in milligrams per 100 ml and/or per serving.

The Carbonated Caffeine Company Limited adheres to industry best practices and voluntary codes such as the Energy Drinks Europe Code of Practice, including commitments to:

  • Not market energy drinks to children under the age of 12.

  • Avoid promoting excessive consumption.
